These policies only apply to the electronics covered under our warranty.

All items must be returned for either an exchange, store credit, or repair/resurfacing.

WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS

-Exchanges must be done within seven days unless stated otherwise.

-Exchanges after seven days are subject to a 30% re-shelving fee.

Any exchanges will only be accepted if the item is not in working condition, has the price tag still in place, the warranty sticker is still in place and if you have the receipt present.

If the seal on a sealed game has been opened then it cannot be returned.

An exchange may be rejected if we feel the system or game has been opened or tampered with after the purchase.

Exchanges are primarily for a game of the same title or for the same game system.

-Sale items cannot be returned.

-All exchanges are tax exempt.

-We do not rent out games or systems

-Disc games $20 and over can receive one complimentary resurfacing.

Games $5 and under are not covered under these policies and cannot be exchanged unless stated otherwise.
