Cobra Commander is the supreme leader of the terrorist group Cobra, who’s motive is to gain total control over the government and people.

He’s a character who leads only with an iron fist to chaotically gain power over all of the wealth and resources in the world.

It’s never come to a surprise when Cobra Commander finds his way out of assassination attempts and attacks from the G.I. Joe team, and that he comes out of it more ruthless and full of hatred than before.
